Barossa Nature, Picnic and Helicopter Adventure
Aerial Nature Adventure gives guests two ways to understand the Barossa: first from the air, then slowly on foot.
The experience begins at Barossa Helicopters with a scenic flight over the valley. Vineyards, villages, ridgelines and open country come into view, allowing guests to see the geography of the region in a way that is not possible from the road. The helicopter then lands at a designated forest site, where the pace changes completely.
On the ground, a Beyond Wellness facilitator leads the group into a guided place-based walk. Breathwork and sensory prompts are woven through the experience, inviting guests to notice the sound of the trees, the texture of the track, the air, the light and the way the body responds after the energy of flight.
A chef-prepared picnic is served in the forest, using seasonal South Australian produce and allowing time for guests to sit, talk and absorb the experience. The return to base is by car, creating a natural arc from elevation to grounding.
This product is ideal for premium Barossa visitors, couples, special occasions, small incentive groups and guests who want a morning that feels distinctive without being rushed or overproduced. The helicopter provides the perspective; Beyond Wellness provides the depth and structure that allows the experience to land.
