What You’ll Experience:

This is not a lecture. It is a thoughtfully designed day that blends evidence-based medical education with practical coaching, self-reflection and meaningful conversation. Across the day we cover:

Module 1: Understanding your body

Perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause explained without the jargon. Hormonal changes, common symptoms, current evidence on treatment options including MHT (menopause hormone therapy), and the myths worth letting go of.

Module 2: Healthy ageing and symptom management

Nutrition, movement, sleep and stress — the four pillars that genuinely move the dial. Practical, doable, designed for real life.

Module 3: Emotional wellbeing and conversations that matter

Mood, anxiety, self-compassion and the conversations many of us avoid: with our partner, our GP, our manager and ourselves.

Module 4: Your Menopause LifeScript

Our signature coaching framework. By the end of the day you'll leave with a clear, personalised plan for the next stage of your wellbeing — not a wishlist, an actual map.
